Your Role as a Learning and Development Program Manager:
- Lead planning, logistics, and day-to-day execution of professional development programs.
- Manage internal project coordinators and cross-functional teams to ensure successful program delivery.
- Collaborate with clients to build strong relationships and guarantee program success.
- Utilize project management tools for drafting and updating timelines, budget worksheets, and work plans.
- Analyze program tracking data, manage CRM records, and handle client communications.
- Support virtual and in-person training programs, including tech troubleshooting and coordination.
- Provide administrative support, conduct research, and maintain quality standards in all client-facing materials.
- Showcase excellent communication, problem-solving, and accountability to build trust with clients and colleagues.
Your Background Profile:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 8+ years of program management or client services experience, preferably in professional services, law firms, or education.
- Experience in managing learning, training, or development programs is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoom, Teams, and project management software.
- Familiarity with CRMs and survey tools is advantageous.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with exceptional attention to detail.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Comfortable working with senior-level clients and high-performance teams.
- Authorized to work in the U.S., background check required, and COVID-19 vaccination needed.

Job Requirements
Bachelorâ s degree required, 8+ years of relevant program management or client services experience, ideally in professional services, law firms, or education, Proven experience managing learning, training, or development programs is highly preferred
