Legal Office Assistant Role:
Legal Office Assistant will ensure smooth operations of the office and effective management of cases.
Will Report to a Managing Attorney.
Provide administrative support to attorneys and enhance office effectiveness
Handle communications with clients, witnesses, and external contacts
Prepare case briefs and summarize depositions, interrogatories, and testimony
Manage accounting information and office records
Copy, image, file, and draft legal documents and correspondence
Coordinate calendars, monitor deadlines, and maintain contact lists
Order and track office supplies and equipment
Answer and direct phone calls
Locate and develop case-relevant information
Legal Office Assistant Background Profile:
Must have College Degree
Proven working experience as a Legal Assistant or Executive Administrative Assistant
Strong knowledge of office operations; familiarity with legal procedures and court systems preferred but not required
Proficiency in English with excellent secretarial, organizational, and communication skills
Computer literacy, including Word, Excel, and Apple operating systems
Ability to handle multiple priorities, manage deadlines, and work under pressure
