Sr. Administrative Assistant Role:
As the Sr. Administrative Assistant, you'll be the right-hand person to the Vice President, providing top-notch administrative support.

- Collect and organize data from employees to assist in various projects.
- Manage the VP's schedule like a pro, ensuring smooth operations.
- Work closely with the Executive Assistant on document preparation and review.
- Support departments during industry events and conferences.
- Coordinate travel arrangements seamlessly.
- Organize meetings, calls, and conferences like a boss.
- Create presentations and materials for meetings.
- Manage shipping of medical supplies for research purposes.
- Ensure compliance guidelines are followed diligently.
- Handle ad-hoc projects and general administrative tasks effectively.
Sr. Administrative Assistant Background Profile:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience.
