Vice President of Business Development Role:- Lead the charge on expanding FMSA operations into fresh territories while keeping the fire burning in Texas.
- Hunt down and nail down new business gigs within HCBS Medicaid Self-Directed programs.
- Get cozy with the RFP process and cultivate those crucial connections with big-league players like Medicaid agencies and Managed Care Organizations (MCOs).
- Steer the ship on national business development schemes aimed at HCBS Medicaid Self-Directed programs.
- Work your magic on top-notch, compliant RFPs.
- Dive deep into market research to spot prime growth markets.
- Network with state agencies, MCOs, healthcare pros, and community folks.
- Brainstorm with top dogs to craft business strategies, financial forecasts, and partnership pacts.
- Be our ambassador at national bashes and pow-wows.
- Keep tabs on the shifts in federal and state HCBS rules and keep the bigwigs in the loop.
- Head up cross-functional squads to pull off expansion projects while keeping things on the level and delivering top-tier services.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is a must; Master's degree? Even better.
- Got 5+ years in a heavyweight business development or leadership gig in the healthcare or Medicaid scene.
- Rocked the RFP scene for over 3 years, especially in HCBS or similar sectors.
- Experience with HCBS or FMSA programs? That's the sweet spot.
- Show us your track record of expanding operations and snagging those shiny new contracts.
- You're a whiz with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
- You've got top-notch communication, strategic thinking, and leadership chops.
- Speedy fingers: type at 35 WPM and nail 80% accuracy in Excel.

Job Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field required; Masterâ s degree preferred, 5+ years in a senior-level business development or leadership role within healthcare or Medicaid programs, 3+ years of direct RFP experience, including drafting and managing submissions in the HCBS or related sectors, Experience with Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) or Fiscal Management Service Agency (FMSA) programs highly preferred
