Your Mission, If You Choose to Accept:
As our Financial Analyst in the Finance and Investments team, you'll be our secret weapon, supporting our Development & Acquisition squads in a variety of real estate ventures. Your role includes getting your hands dirty with underwriting, analyzing acquisitions and dispositions, and helping with all things financial.
- Create sophisticated financial models like a pro
- Lead property due diligence like a detective
- Assist in investment committee presentations like a boss
- Collaborate with various teams to make magic happen
- Help with asset management and future tenant leases
Your Background Mixtape:
You'll need a Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or real estate, plus 2 years of commercial real estate experience. You should have ninja-level skills in financial modeling, real estate underwriting, investment summaries, lender materials, and tenant lease negotiations. Bonus points if you know your way around Argus software and have a finance or banking background.
You should be an Excel wizard with analytical prowess, an eye for detail, and top-notch communication skills. Juggling multiple projects and deadlines should be your jam, and you should be able to solve problems like a champ, both on your own and as part of a team. Oh, and a willingness to travel locally is a plus!

Job Requirements
Bachelorâ s degree in business, finance, economics, or real estate required, 2â 4 years of experience in real estate underwriting, finance, or banking required, ARGUS software experience highly preferred, Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Analytical and financial modeling skill required
