Administrative Assistant Role
As the Administrative Assistant, you will be instrumental in maintaining daily office operations while ensuring an exceptional client experience The Administrative Assistant will be the first point of contact for guests and clients and will also support the team with administrative, clerical, and accounting-related tasks.
Greet and assist clients and answer incoming calls with warmth and professionalism
Update and maintain CRM and Excel spreadsheets with accurate data
Handle accounts receivable and process service department receipts
Manage internal and external communications using Microsoft Outlook
Provide clients with updates on title and registration processes
Monitor office supply inventory and place orders as needed
Perform general administrative duties: scanning, filing, and organizing documents
Support the management team on ad hoc tasks and special projects

Administrative Assistant Background Profile
3+ years of administrative experience in a professional setting
Hands-on experience with basic accounting/AP/AR duties
Polished communication skills and a proactive, service-oriented mindset
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and self-direct
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Familiarity with Microsoft CRM is a plus
Sage or QuickBooks experience is helpful but not required
Automotive industry experience is a bonus, not a mustâ culture fit is key
Comfort working in a faith-based environment with a strong values-driven culture
