Join our Team as an Executive Assistant!
Hey there! We're on the lookout for two super organized and proactive Executive Assistants. One lucky person will get to support our Chief Operating Officer, while the other will work closely with our CEO and a few other awesome leaders. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in the vibrant city of Dallas, TX, with plenty of room for growth in our rapidly expanding operation.
What You'll be Doing as an Executive Assistant:
- Managing hectic calendars and communications for our ever-growing business, ensuring smooth operations between our Dallas and Puerto Rico locations.
- Juggling multiple schedules, emails, and travel plans like a pro with your air traffic controller mindset.
- Handling heavy calendar and email management across different time zones.
- Coordinating travel bookings and logistics like a boss.
- Acting as a key link for both internal and external communications.
- Scheduling high-volume meetings with shifting priorities at lightning speed.
- Providing real-time updates and gentle reminders for the team.
- Dealing with confidential documents and scheduling matters with the utmost discretion.
What We're Looking For in an Executive Assistant:
- 1–2 years of relevant support or EA experience would be awesome.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic, startup-like environments.
- Flexibility with working hours (yes, some evenings and weekends may be on the cards).
- A highly organized, proactive, and emotionally intelligent individual.
- Bonus points for being bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Zoom, with a willingness to learn tools like Notion and ChatGPT.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to rock this role.

Job Requirements
Bachelorâ s degree or equivalent experience, 1â 2 years of executive or personal assistant experience required, Strong communication, calendar, and logistics skills.
