What You'll Do as a Sales Coordinator:
- Help drive sales success by managing processes and supporting customer needs
- Support the sales team to hit targets and boost customer satisfaction
- Coordinate sales activities for smooth workflows
- Maintain accurate sales records and assist with reports
- Be the bridge between the sales team and other departments
- Reach out to leads, make calls, and send emails to discover new opportunities
- Handle website-generated service requests and create proposals for prospects
- Use CRM tools like Salesforce to record sales activity
- Direct promising opportunities to the right sales team members
- Support in closing deals and achieving quarterly sales goals
- Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs
Your Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles
- Great organizational skills and attention to detail
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce
- Prior B2B customer support experience
- Knowledge of sales techniques and handling high call/email volumes
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Basic understanding of the restaurant, food manufacturing, or agriculture industry is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database tools
- Bonus if you're bilingual in Spanish, Filipino, Korean, Cantonese, Mandarin, Thai, Japanese, or Vietnamese
