Role of Part-Time Office Manager:
- Keep things smooth with external vendors, ensuring payments are on time and all obligations are met
- Stay on top of consultant expenses and make sure time entries align with project needs and schedules
- Support executive and management meetings by following up on action items
- Organize management meetings and schedules for the product advisory council
- Help coordinate communication between offices and leadership across various locations
- Handle HR tasks like onboarding new staff and managing the hiring process
- Keep candidates informed and ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process
- Assist with internal and client-facing PowerPoint presentations and proposals
- Manage the Dallas office and support senior leadership with various tasks
- Handle incoming mail, deliveries, and office supplies
Background Profile for Part-Time Office Manager:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Accounts payable or bookkeeping experience required
- 5+ years of experience
- Quickbooks experience highly preferred
- Previous work as an administrative or personal assistant
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Great communication and presentation skills
- Superior written communication skills
