Job Description
Our client in Waco,Texas has an immediate opening for a Billing Specialist on a contract to possible hire basis.

Billing Specialist Role:
The Billing Specialist will manage the financials for assigned locations, ensuring the accuracy of all financial transactions, billing, and records collaborating closely with the Operating Director to maintain smooth financial operations.
Process company billing and invoicing as a primary responsibility
Review financial transactions for accuracy and input them into the correct general ledger
Reconcile bank accounts and other financial accounts
Handle aged accounts receivables and ensure timely follow-up
Perform journal entries as required
Manage monthly and weekly billing cycles and invoicing
Conduct month-end reconciliation and bank reconciliations
Communicate regularly with the Operating Director of assigned locations to resolve any financial issues
Billing Specialist Background Profile:
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of bookkeeping experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Suite
Experience with billing and invoicing
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
