Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for philanthropy and community outreach? We are seeking a Chief Development Officer to lead our fundraising efforts, drive campaigns, and build lasting relationships with donors.
Your Role:
- Lead all fund development activities in alignment with our organization's mission and goals.
- Manage annual giving, capital campaigns, endowment growth, special events, and community engagement initiatives.
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies to support our financial objectives.
- Cultivate donor relationships and collaborate with stakeholders to maximize fundraising impact.
- Secure major gifts, sponsorships, and partnerships to drive our funding goals.
- Act as a community ambassador, fostering relationships with local leaders and organizations.
- Support fundraising efforts across various branches and ensure alignment with our brand message.
- Provide leadership, training, and guidance to staff and volunteers to promote a culture of philanthropy.
- Report regularly on fundraising progress, outcomes, and growth opportunities.
Your Background:
- Bachelor's Degree and 7-10 years of experience in Non-Profit Fundraising.
- Demonstrated success in leading fundraising efforts generating a minimum of $3M annually.
- Proven expertise in team leadership, donor relations, and campaign planning.
