Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for philanthropy and community outreach? We are seeking a Chief Development Officer to lead our fundraising efforts, drive campaigns, and build lasting relationships with donors.

Your Role:

  • Lead all fund development activities in alignment with our organization's mission and goals.
  • Manage annual giving, capital campaigns, endowment growth, special events, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Develop and implement fundraising strategies to support our financial objectives.
  • Cultivate donor relationships and collaborate with stakeholders to maximize fundraising impact.
  • Secure major gifts, sponsorships, and partnerships to drive our funding goals.
  • Act as a community ambassador, fostering relationships with local leaders and organizations.
  • Support fundraising efforts across various branches and ensure alignment with our brand message.
  • Provide leadership, training, and guidance to staff and volunteers to promote a culture of philanthropy.
  • Report regularly on fundraising progress, outcomes, and growth opportunities.

Your Background:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 7-10 years of experience in Non-Profit Fundraising.
  • Demonstrated success in leading fundraising efforts generating a minimum of $3M annually.
  • Proven expertise in team leadership, donor relations, and campaign planning.
  • Passion for our organization's mission and vision.
