The Role
- Answer a steady flow of inbound sales calls from Medicare-eligible clients who need your guidance
- Build relationships and trust with seniors (like talking to your grandparents) while explaining their coverage options
- Recommend and enroll clients in the Medicare plans that fit their needs
- Reach and exceed team and personal goals through quality conversations and genuine customer care
- Take advantage of paid training, full licensing support, and dedicated coaches on the floor offering real-time feedback, ongoing training, and team coachingâ so youâ re never on your own
