What You'll Do as a Customer Service Representative:
- Handle customer inquiries, find solutions, and ensure they are happy
- Respond to calls and emails with a friendly and efficient attitude
- Listen to customer concerns, figure out their needs, and solve problems
- Act fast to fix issues and keep customers informed
- Keep track of interactions and solutions in the CRM system
- Work with teams to deliver great service and solve problems
- Use your problem-solving skills to tackle challenges and escalate when needed
- Generate reports, monitor cases, and make sure customers are satisfied
- Support field employees with logistics, shipping, and supply management
What You Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of customer support experience
- Great problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude
- Ability to work independently and take charge
- Excellent phone and email communication skills
- Knowledge of CRM systems; ServiceChannel experience is a bonus
- Adaptability to different customer styles and de-escalating tense situations
- Good multitasking, prioritization, and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and quick learner of new software
- Bilingual skills are a plus
