Our client in Austin, Texas is looking to hire Electrical Engineers at various experience levels for a direct hire opportunity. This opportunity includes a flexible hybrid schedule and annual bonus.

Electrical Engineer Role:
As an Electrical engineer you will partner with multiple teams to build and create sustainable, high-impact environments.
Work on a variety of projects that range from healthcare and education to residential, commercial, and industrial spaces.
Work with a team of talented professionals across a variety of disciplines all across the nation.
Lead the design of electrical systems for diverse building types, including healthcare facilities, schools, residential complexes, and more.
Act as the primary engineer in charge, making critical decisions, reviewing, and finalizing construction documents.
Take the lead in client meetings, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including architects, engineers, and designers, to bring innovative projects to life.
Provide technical leadership, checking project drawings and offering constructive feedback to improve the final output.
Oversee financial aspects of projects, ensuring company interests are protected while maintaining strong client relationships.
Electrical Engineer Background Profile:
Bachelor degree or higher in Electrical Engineering
5-8+ years in electrical engineering with a focus on building design
Licensed Professional Engineer or ability to obtain licensure.
Proficiency in most of the following Autodesk MEP Revit or AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite.
Advanced understanding of electrical systems, their advantages, costs, and efficiencies.
Lead and guide the preparation of technical documents, specifications, and drawings.
Manage project schedules and workload distribution.
Support business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities and participating in firm-wide initiatives.
Actively engage in project strategy sessions to align goals and optimize workflows.

Job Requirements
