Escrow Officer
Our client, located in the Fort Worth Metro Area of Texas has an immediate opening for Escrow Officers to join their team on a direct hire basis.

Escrow Officer Role:
As an Escrow Officer, you will oversee real estate transactions, ensure smooth closings, prepare key documents, and manage communication with all parties.
Collaborate with the Marketing Assistant and Office Assistant to drive business in a supportive office structure.
Generate business through client retention and new business acquisition, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
Use Salesforce to track calls, appointments and marketing activities.
Manage the entire closing process, including reviewing contracts, preparing settlement statements, and obtaining signatures on real estate documents.
Escrow Officer ensure all parties, which includes the buyers, sellers, lenders, realtors are kept informed and updated throughout the transaction.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Review title commitments and lender instructions to ensure all documents are accurate, error-free, and comply with industry standards.
Participate in marketing efforts, attend industry events, and engage with partners like lenders and realtors to grow your network and client base.
Escrow Officer achieve monthly targets and maintain a high level customer feedback rate indicating clients would return for future business.
Ensure that all files are audit-ready and pass compliance checks.
Escrow Officer Background Profile:
Bachelorâs degree or equivalent work experience.
5 years in the title industry or related field.
Must have a book of business to qualify.
Current Notary Public certification.
Active Escrow License.
Strong understanding of title insurance, legal documents, and property law.
Proficiency in closing software (Ramquest preferred), Microsoft Office, and Adobe Suite.
