Export Coordinator
Our client located in Houston, TX has an immediate need for a Export Coordinator on a direct-hire basis.

Export Coordinator Role:
Export Coordinator will play a crucial part in ensuring compliance with U.S. export regulations while supporting both government operations and international partners.
Analyze export activities to maintain adherence to U.S. export control laws.
Oversee the export of products, services, and technical data while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Conduct internal assessments to validate proper execution of trade compliance activities.
Utilize your expertise in ITAR, EAR, and documentation related to export compliance and trade ethics.
Provide operational support and guidance on export declaration compliance.
Implement and manage processes, controls, and record-keeping related to export declarations.
Prepare for audits by filing, reviewing, and amending declarations as needed.
Collaborate with management to identify and propose improvements for existing processes.
Export Coordinator Background Profile:
Bachelors degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years in international export or trade compliance roles.
Strong understanding of ITAR, EAR, and documentation related to export compliance and trade ethics.
Certification as a United States Export Compliance Officer (CUSECO) is a plus.
Secret Clearance is a plus.
Candidates with backgrounds in government, oil and gas, or trade control are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a willingness to learn new software applications and database management systems.
