Hey there! Our client in Dallas is on the lookout for a rockstar Facilities District Manager to oversee locations in Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, and Mississippi. We need someone who's a pro at Financial Acumen, Integrated Facilities Operations, and has a knack for sales and negotiations. Plus, you'll need to have a high-profile executive presence to impress our C-Suite clients. If you have experience in Higher Education, that's a big plus!

Our client specializes in providing food, facilities management, and integrated services to various industries, from corporations to schools to aviation lounges. What You Will Do:

  • Get inside the heads of our clients to manage Facility Management contracts and finances effectively.
  • Lead the way as an innovative facilities operating expert on our campuses.
  • Nail the fine details of the contractual process every time.
  • Tackle challenging client priorities like a pro and influence them on contractual agreements.
  • Flex your sales muscles, showcasing your negotiation skills to close those multi-million-dollar contracts.

Position Summary:

As the primary representative for multiple accounts in a specific geographic area, you'll be coordinating and directing all activities within that region. Your job includes handling financial performance, client retention, and employee training through your team of managers, supervisors, and employees. You'll also work closely with clients and the Vice President to maintain strong business relationships and ensure account retention.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience at the Director level in both management and functionality.

MUST HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
  • 7 years of experience as a District Manager in Facilities Management.
  • Expertise in writing contract amendments, managing finances, developing client relationships, understanding FM intricacies, and solving IFM problems.
  • Extensive experience in Mechanical, Asset, Skilled Trades, and Building Operations.
  • Minimum of 7 years in management and functional roles at the Director level.
