What You'll Do as an Assistant Store Manager:
- Make sure the store is fresh, clean, well-stocked, and customers are happy every day.
- Bring your grocery operations and management skills to the table.
- Manage inventory, work with vendors, and keep an eye on the financials.
And that's not all! You'll also:
- Keep shelves full and fresh by ordering and managing stock.
- Play around with product displays to make them look amazing and increase sales.
- Work with sales data to reduce waste and maximize profits.
What You Need:
- At least five years of experience in retail grocery management.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Top-notch customer service skills and the ability to train and develop a great team.
- An eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a knack for multitasking.
