What You'll Do

  • Lead our Healthy Living, Natural Foods, and Supplements Department to boost sales and create exceptional customer experiences
  • Develop a top-notch retail sales team focused on customer service and growth
  • Ensure smooth department operations, from product quality to inventory management
  • Create enticing product displays, promotions, and sales strategies
  • Stay updated on industry trends in healthy living and specialty foods
  • Keep things running smoothly with regulatory compliance and vendor relationships
  • Manage budgets and work with other teams to achieve business goals
  • Drive performance reviews and provide continuous feedback to your team

What You Need

  • At least 18 years old
  • High school Diploma or GED with five or more years of retail leadership experience
  • Previous experience in specialty food or wellness retail is a plus
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and develop teams
  • Comfortable with digital tools and computer systems
  • Passion for food, wellness, and great customer service
