Seafood Manager Responsibilities:
- Keep seafood cases full and fresh, working closely with the seafood team
- Focus on sales performance, financial results, and department conditions
- Demonstrate extensive product knowledge and efficient hand tool skills
- Order merchandise to maintain freshness and stock levels
- Implement product merchandising strategies
- Use sales data to optimize production output and reduce shrink
- Utilize sales reports for informed purchasing decisions
- Train and develop department employees
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company regulations
- Execute company directives and promotions with the leadership team
Seafood Manager Background Profile:
- Minimum 18 years of age
- High school Diploma or GED and two or more years of related experience, or equivalent
- Manager Food Safety certification required
- Food Handler certification required
