We're looking for a passionate individual to lead our grocery department in Cincinnati, OH on a direct hire basis.

About the Role:
As the Grocery Manager, you'll play a key role in driving the success of our grocery department. Your focus will be on team management, merchandising, maintaining store conditions, and delivering top-notch customer service. We need someone hands-on who can juggle administrative tasks while also being directly involved in day-to-day operations.
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure a smooth product flow and excellent customer experience.
- Create engaging product displays and manage in-stock levels through visual inspections.
- Engage with customers and team members on the sales floor.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism.
- Support the Store Manager in executing product placement and appearance strategies.
Background Profile:
- High school Diploma or GED with five or more years of related experience, or equivalent combination of experience and/or higher education.
- Prior experience in order writing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Leadership experience in retail, especially in specialty foods.
- Experience in grocery management or related retail leadership roles.
- Strong computer skills, preferably in Google Workspace and Power BI.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and proficiency in mathematical calculations.
- Experience in vendor relations and management.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
