Job Description

PRN Nurse Practitioner, Remote
Our client is expanding their mobile wound care team and actively seeking PRN Nurse Practitioners to provide in-home and facility-based care across Austin, San Antonio, and/or Dallas. This is a 1099 opportunity with uncapped earning potential, ideal for NPs ready to begin work immediately.

PRN Nurse Practitioner Role:
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be confident practicing independently in the field, comfortable traveling within your assigned region, and motivated by flexible income potential.
Deliver in-person wound assessments and perform advanced clinical treatments (including grafting procedures)
Visit patients in their homes, assisted living residences, or long-term care settings
Operate autonomously, with support from a remote clinical leadership team
Ensure timely, detailed clinical documentation for each visit
Organize and manage your own route, caseload, and daily schedule

PRN Nurse Practitioner Background Profile:
Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Texas
Valid NPI number required
DEA license preferred but not required
Reliable transportation required for local travel
Confident clinical decision-making in non-traditional care environments
Prior experience in wound care, mobile health, or home-based medicine preferred
Availability for unpaid onboarding and training prior to first visit
