Human Resource Specialist
Our client located in the Atlanta, Georgia area with several locations is looking to hire a Human Resource Specialist to support their growing practices. This is a great opportunity to join an expanding company on a contract to possible hire opportunity. The long-term goal is to develop this individual into a future HR leader within the organization.

Human Resource Specialist Role:
As a hands-on HR Specialist you will serve as the sole in-house HR presence.
Oversee multiple HR responsibilities such as onboarding and recruiting to compliance, training, and payroll coordination.
Own full-cycle onboarding for new hires (W-2 and 1099)
Support job postings, screening, and coordinating interviews
Ensure HR and credentialing compliance with industry standards
Maintain employee records, documentation, and audits
Assist with payroll processing and PTO tracking
Create and implement internal HR policies and procedures
Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, policy, and general support
Coordinate training and documentation for new staff
Support CEO and COO on HR-related initiatives as needed

Human Resource Specialist Background Profile:
2+ years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist, HR Coordinator, or related role
Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, and compliance processes
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Healthcare or clinical environment experience a plus
