Bilingual HR Coordinator
Hey there! We're on the lookout for a super detail-oriented and resourceful HR Coordinator to join our team. If you're into supporting recruitment and diving into HR-related administrative functions, this role is a perfect fit for you! You'll be working closely with our awesome Recruiting Lead to manage the entire hiring process - from posting jobs to onboarding new team members, while also keeping track of cool metrics and making sure our candidates have a smooth experience. Company Overview: - Metal Manufacturing HR Coordinator Role: - Partner up with our department managers to create and fine-tune job descriptions and hiring requirements. - Help out with screening and setting up interviews with potential candidates. - Take care of all the nitty-gritty administrative stuff in the recruitment lifecycle - scheduling, paperwork, and keeping everyone in the loop. - Get those job ads ready and post them on all the cool platforms. - Jump into interviews by preparing materials, sorting out logistics, and joining in if needed. - Hand out those offer letters after getting the thumbs up from the HR Manager or VP of Human Resources. - Keep tabs on recruitment metrics, hiring logs, and how smoothly onboarding is going. - Make sure we're in line with all the federal, state, and local employment regulations. - Stay on top of ISO 9001 standards when needed. - Chip in with any other HR tasks and projects that come your way. HR Coordinator Background Profile: - You'll need at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is a plus. - Knowing your way around employment law and HR best practices is awesome. - You should be a whiz with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and TEAMS. - Your communication game - both verbal and written - should be strong. - Time management and staying organized are your jam. - Your people skills are on point, and you've got good judgment and professionalism. - Juggling multiple tasks and deadlines? Job Requirements
Bilingual 1 year of Experience in a similar role is required to qualify Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
