Hey there! We're looking for a Bilingual HR Business Partner to join our client in Garland, TX. It's a direct hire role that you'll be doing in the office – sounds good, right?

Bilingual HR Business Partner Role:
If you're up for it, you'll be the go-to HR pro, taking care of both office and plant employees. You'll need to enjoy working in a manufacturing setup, be cool with unions, and be all about improving employee relations.
Here's what you'll be up to:
- Being the HR point person for office and plant teams, working closely with leadership on all things HR
- Dealing with employee relations, conflicts, investigations, and making sure everyone follows company policies and labor laws
- Handling union-related stuff like grievances, negotiations, and making sure the collective bargaining agreement is on point
- Shaking things up and making HR better, pushing for process improvements and a more modern approach to people stuff
- Helping out frontline supervisors on HR, employee comms, and performance management
- Teaming up with recruiters on hiring, onboarding, and planning the workforce
- Being the benefits guru, answering any questions employees have about their perks
- Working with the HR crew to make sure everyone's on the same page and everything runs smoothly
- Keeping an eye on HR metrics, making sure we're compliant, and keeping all our records shipshape
Bilingual HR Business Partner Background Profile:
To rock this role, you should have:
- 7+ years of HR experience in manufacturing, making a real difference
- Dealt with unions and all that comes with them
- A degree in HR, Business, or a related field
- Fluency in English and Spanish, spoken and written
- Great people skills, able to connect with anyone in the company
- A knack for working solo and in a fast-paced setup
- A good grip on employment law, compliance, and HR best practices
- A love for developing employees, shaping our culture, and always looking to improve
- Good with Microsoft Office and HR systems
