What You'll Do as a Data Validation Analyst:
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of critical business data
- Collaborate with various teams to address data quality issues and develop validation processes
- Conduct data profiling, validation, and cleansing to detect inconsistencies
- Identify root causes of data discrepancies and offer solutions
- Review data mapping documentation for new sources
- Verify accuracy and completeness of datasets with engineering and analytics teams
- Assist in creating and maintaining dashboards and reports reflecting data quality metrics
- Follow data quality protocols and contribute to process improvements
- Stay updated on industry trends in data validation and analysis
Requirements for the Role:
- Bachelor’s degree is a must
- At least 3 years of experience in data validation, analysis, or related fields
- Proficient in SQL for querying, validation, and troubleshooting
- Experience with Alteryx is a strong plus
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with great attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex data issues to all stakeholders
- Naturally curious, self-motivated, and eager to dive into data trends

Job Requirements
