Legal Assistant Role:
Picture this: you stepping into the shoes of a Legal Assistant in our tight-knit legal team, covering daily operations while a team member is out on leave. It's a fab chance to grow and dive into the nitty-gritty of a well-established law firm.
- Draft and jazz up legal docs, letters, and court filings
- E-file docs with courts and keep those legal records shipshape
- Be the calendar guru for attorneys and keep tabs on key deadlines
- Rock client meetings coordination and handle those pro comms
- Keep electronic and paper case files in tip-top order
- Take the reins on general admin support (phones, mail, scheduling, you name it)
- Help with light research and get materials prepped for snazzy closings or meetings
Legal Assistant Background Profile:
- Got at least 2 years of admin, legal, or pro office experience under your belt
- Obsess over details and have organizational skills that make others jealous
- Smooth talker? Check. Strong written skills? Double check.
- A pro with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Crushing it while juggling multiple priorities in a deadline-packed world
- Dial up your professionalism and keep things hush-hush when needed
Preferred But Not Required
