Position Overview – Attorney (2 Openings)
We are on the lookout for two detail-oriented Attorneys to join our legal team. This is a direct hire role focusing on file review and managing litigation cases (no trial appearances needed). If you have a solid background in Personal Injury and Bankruptcy law and are dedicated to providing top-notch legal advice, we want to hear from you!
Attorney Responsibilities:
- Manage cases throughout all stages of litigation
- Conduct thorough file reviews and keep cases moving forward
- Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery materials
- Offer strategic legal advice to clients and team members
- Keep precise records in legal management systems (experience with Litify is a plus)
- Occasional court appearances, but this role is not trial-oriented
Attorney Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of legal experience, with at least 3 years in Personal Injury and Bankruptcy
- Knowledge of Probate law is advantageous
- Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills
- Effective communication and organizational abilities
- Active Georgia Bar License in good standing
