Our client located in Houston, TX, is in need of a Personal Injury Paralegal. This is a direct hire opportunity

Personal Injury Paralegal Role:
The Personal Injury Paralegal will support up to three attorneys and will initially manage 7â10 active cases, with the opportunity to expand as the role develops
Provide comprehensive paralegal support on personal injury cases
Draft, organize, and file legal documents
Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers
Maintain accurate case files and records using Neos case management software training provided
Coordinate schedules, appointments, and case timelines
Assist attorneys with trial preparation and settlement negotiations
Personal Injury Paralegal Background Profile:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal, preferably in a law firm setting
Associateâs degree or Paralegal Certificate from an accredited institution required; Bachelorâs degree preferred
Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and thrive in a drama-free office environment
Strong knowledge of personal injury law, legal terminology, and court procedures
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, Outlook, and comfortable learning new software; experience with Neos case management software is a plus
Bilingual Spanish-speaking is a plus
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy
Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional and courteous client interaction
Ability to manage sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and ethical conduct
Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently in a drama-free, team-oriented environment
