What You'll Be Doing as a Litigation Associate:
- Supporting a busy partner with a variety of litigation matters
- Handling everything from research to court representation
- Conducting depositions and interviews
- Developing litigation strategies with clients
- Collaborating with the team for effective case management
- Keeping case files organized and hitting deadlines
- Staying in touch with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
What We're Looking For:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- State bar admission
- 3-5 years of litigation experience
- Strong writing and advocacy skills
- Ability to handle multiple cases and meet deadlines
- Great interpersonal skills and a team player mindset
- Strong work ethic and initiative
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
