Hey there! We're on the lookout for a Litigation Paralegal to join a cool mid-sized Dallas Law Firm. They need someone who's a pro at handling litigation all the way from the initial intake to trial. And guess what? This is a direct hire opportunity!

- Offering support to 2 partners and 1 associate in handling commercial litigation matters
- Scanning data into the document management database
- Managing calendars like a champ
- Getting Attorneys prepped for depositions
- Rocking State & Federal E-filing
- Keeping courts and clients in the loop
- Getting into some serious case law research
- Drafting legal documents like a boss
- Collaborating with E-discovery personnel to whip up specialized case databases
- Getting all set for trial from the initial intake to hitting the courthouse
- Keeping case management documents organized
- Drafting shells for attorney review, including correspondence
- Scheduling depositions, appointments, and meetings
- Handling those document tasks like faxing, mailing, copying, and scanning
Litigation Paralegal Background
- Preferably 6+ years of experience in a litigation law firm
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Westlaw, PACER/ECF, E-File Texas, and Adobe
- Experience with Trial Director and e-discovery platforms is a plus, but not a deal-breaker
- Knows the ins and outs of Texas law and has experience with TRCP
- Top-notch internet research skills
- Great communicator with the team and assigned attorneys
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- An expert at communicating with attorneys and other staff members
- Detail-oriented to the max
- Thrives in a dynamic yet friendly office vibe
- Has excellent decision-making abilities

Job Requirements
6+ years working in a litigation law firm is preferable, Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Westlaw, PACER/ECF, E-File Texas, and Adobe, Experience with Trial Director and e-discovery platforms (preferred, but not required)
