We're on the lookout for a talented Maintenance Technician!
Picture this: you'll be working the night shift from 6 PM to 6 AM on a 2x2x3 schedule. And here's the best part – it's a direct hire role with plenty of overtime available.

What You'll be Doing:
- Fixing and tinkering with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems to keep things running smoothly and up to OEM standards.
- Teaming up with the maintenance and operations crews to make sure everything's in tip-top shape and downtime is kept to a minimum.
- Following the manufacturer's guidelines for preventive maintenance.
- Getting your hands dirty troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and control systems.
- Setting up and aligning new equipment and parts.
- Reading and deciphering schematics, manuals, and diagrams like a pro.
- Keeping detailed records of your work, flagging any issues, and lending a hand to the planning team for necessary fixes.
- Playing it safe by strictly adhering to all safety protocols – LOTO, confined spaces, fall protection, hot work, you name it!
- Being a champ in supporting efforts towards reliability and continuous improvement.
What You'll Bring to the Table:
- You've got some solid experience under your belt, especially in heavy industrial settings.
- You're no stranger to using volt-meters and troubleshooting live circuits.
- You're familiar with sensors, relays, fuses, motor starters, and VFDs.
- You can easily read and make sense of electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic schematics.
- You've worked with a range of equipment like diaphragm and hydraulic pumps, pneumatic and hydraulic valves and cylinders, and gearboxes, bearings, shafts, sprockets, and drive chains.
- AB/Rockwell PLC troubleshooting and updates? Not a problem for you.
- You're skilled in VFD programming and troubleshooting.
- You're a pro at getting to the root cause of problems.
- Got certifications in vibration/motion amplification and infrared? Even better!
