Marketing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in overseeing and executing marketing campaigns, coordinating cross-department efforts, and supporting junior team members.
Bring a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on experience in marketing, particularly within the homebuilding or real estate sectors.
Lead marketing campaigns from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Work closely with sales, design, and construction teams to craft compelling materials that highlight our communities.
Oversee the production and distribution of marketing assets, ensuring brand consistency.
Manage content across multiple platforms, including social media, email, and the website, with an emphasis on lead generation and engagement.
Analyze campaign performance and apply insights to enhance future marketing efforts.
Coordinate community events, open houses, and other promotional activities.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide strategic decisions.
Provide mentorship and support to Marketing Coordinator, helping them grow and improve.
Manage external vendor relationships, ensuring quality and timeliness of services from printers, designers, and media outlets.
Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various digital and traditional channels.
Ensure all logistics are handled efficiently, maintaining high-quality execution.
Collaborate with the team to produce engaging content for social media, blogs, and email newsletters.
Ensure all content aligns with the brand standards.
Assist with the planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, and community events.
Handle logistics, promotional materials, and follow-up activities.
Conduct research to identify market trends, competitive activity, and new opportunities.
Share actionable insights and recommendations with the marketing team.
Help manage social media and email marketing campaigns, monitoring performance and engagement.
Partner with internal teams across sales, product development, and customer service for a unified marketing approach.
Build relationships with external partners and vendors to support marketing initiatives.
Provide administrative assistance to the marketing team, including scheduling, calendar management, and database upkeep.
Marketing Coordinator Background Profile:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2-4 years of marketing experience, ideally within the homebuilding or real estate industry.
Proven project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, social media, and marketing automation platforms.
Experience with Canva preferred.
Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
