Role Overview:
- Collaborate with attorneys on case preparation and litigation support
- Manage multiple deadlines with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities:
- Assist with discovery responses and document management
- Conduct client interviews for case information
- Coordinate document retrieval and prepare legal documents
- Review and summarize records for attorney use
Background Profile:
- Minimum 4+ years in labor and employment law OR 5+ years in insurance defense litigation
- Proficiency in discovery, document management, and case preparation
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certification preferred
