What You’ll Be Doing:
- You’ll be supporting up to three attorneys, handling 7-10 active cases initially (with room to grow!)
- Providing top-notch paralegal support on personal injury cases
- Drafting, organizing, and filing legal documents like a pro
- Communicating with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers
- Maintaining accurate case files using Neos case management software (don’t worry, we'll train you!)
- Coordinating schedules, appointments, and case timelines
- Assisting attorneys with trial prep and settlement negotiations
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal (law firm experience is a plus!)
- Associate’s degree or Paralegal Certificate; Bachelor’s degree is even better
- Professional with great communication skills
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a drama-free workplace
- Knows personal injury law like the back of their hand
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software (Neos experience is a bonus!)
- Bilingual in Spanish? Even better!
- Organized, great at multitasking, and pays attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Handles sensitive information with integrity and professionalism
- Self-motivated, reliable, and loves being part of a drama-free team
