What You'll Do as a Land Acquisition Analyst:
- Scout for potential land acquisition opportunities in target markets for data center and industrial development
- Conduct thorough market analysis including supply/demand stats, competitive landscape, and pricing trends
- Use GIS mapping tools and demographic analysis to evaluate site suitability and market potential
- Keep an eye on zoning changes, development plans, and infrastructure improvements that could impact our acquisition strategies
What We're Looking For in a Land Acquisition Analyst:
- A Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, real estate development, urban planning, land development, or related field would be awesome
- At least 2 years of experience in land acquisition or development, with a focus on utility projects
- Familiarity with entitlement processes, zoning laws, and development regulations
- Top-notch verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with teams, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies
