- Office is closed on Fridays during the off-season (reopens 5 days/week during tax season)

- Receptionist Role:
A small established CPA firm needs a reliable and detail-oriented Receptionist to join their team. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity. Your job? Provide day-to-day administrative support and be the friendly face of the office, making sure everything runs smoothly. You'll greet clients and visitors, handle calls, and assist the accounting staff with various tasks.
- Greet clients and visitors warmly and answer phone calls professionally
- Do general admin tasks like filing, copying, scanning, and mail handling
- Accurately enter W-2 and other payroll data into the systems
- Keep the front office area neat and organized
- Help the accountants and staff with light clerical work as needed
- Assist in organizing client records and preparing documentation
- Receptionist Background Profile:
Got 1-2 years of office or front-desk experience under your belt? Great! Here's what else we need:
- Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook and Excel)
- Friendly, professional attitude with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work full-time on-site and adapt to seasonal schedule changes
