The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact families entering the facility.<br>

<strong>Medical Front Office Coordinator Role:</strong><br>
Medical Front Office Coordinator is responsible for creating a welcoming and organized environment for patients while managing front desk operations.<br>
Majority of the time will be spent supporting patient scheduling and administrative functions to keep a structured steady pace within the practice.<br>
Greet patients and check them into the electronic medical record (EMR) system<br>
Collect patient payments, co-pays, and process transactions accurately<br>
Check patients out following appointments<br>
Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department<br>
Schedule appointments including new patients, surgeries, and follow-up visits<br>
Call patients to confirm next-day appointments<br>
Scan patient documents and paperwork into the EMR system<br>
Prepare patient paperwork for upcoming appointments<br>
Balance daily collections at the end of each day<br>
Maintain a professional and welcoming front office environment<br>
<br>
<strong>Medical Front Office Coordinator Background Profile:</strong><br>
High School Diploma or equivalent required<br>
2 years of professional work experience in a similar role<br>
1 year of medical office experience required<br>
Strong customer service and communication skills<br>
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities<br>
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus<br>
Basic computer and administrative skills<br>
