Customer Service Representative
Job Description
Our client, based in Arlington, Virginia, is currently looking to hire four Customer Service Representatives for a contract position.

Customer Service Representative Role:
The Customer Service Representative will deliver exceptional support via phone, email, and chat, playing a crucial role in reengaging past customers and enhancing ongoing customer relationships. This position combines traditional customer service with proactive outreach and special projects aimed at reintroducing products and promoting repeat business.
- Customer Support & Case Management
- Process customer cases following company policies across various systems
- Handle incoming calls, troubleshooting to resolve customer issues
- Respond to customer emails and chats, scheduling follow-up calls as necessary
- Enter and maintain precise customer information, documentation, and case details
- Track and document all customer interactions and follow-up tasks
- Customer Reengagement Initiative
- Reconnect with past customers who have not made recent orders
- Understand customer needs and reintroduce new or existing products
- Share product updates, promotions, and discount codes
- Support strategic outreach to drive repeat business
- Support broader customer service efforts and special projects as assigned
Customer Service Representative Background Profile:
- High School Diploma required
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Data entry experience with high accuracy
- Excellent phone presence and communication skills
- Strong multitasking, organization, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Experience:
- Retail experience, particularly in eCommerce or catalog/online retail
- Comfort working in fast-paced, team-oriented environments
- Positive attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm for customer engagement
