Bilingual Safety Supervisor
Our client based in Denver, Colorado is seeking a dedicated Safety Supervisor to join their team. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the safety program for commercial roofing projects at various locations
- Conduct safety audits, hazard assessments, and regular safety meetings
- Deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and orientations in both English and Spanish
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and equipment damage; implement necessary corrective actions
- Maintain OSHA logs, incident reports, and training records
- Manage workers' compensation cases, including tracking claims and return-to-work plans
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and other safety regulations
- Coordinate driver file management and vehicle compliance tracking
- Update safety program files in various compliance systems
- Attend safety and coordination meetings with clients as needed
- Organize and update safety policies, manuals, and training materials
- Travel to job sites within Colorado, mostly requiring day trips with occasional overnight stays
Qualifications:
- Fluency in both Spanish and English with the ability to lead safety training in Spanish
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction safety or related field (roofing experience preferred)
- Familiarity with OSHA standards, incident investigation, and risk mitigation techniques
- Strong communication skills and experience in leading training sessions
- Comfortable with performing outdoor fieldwork
- Valid driver’s license with regular statewide travel required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Organized with excellent recordkeeping abilities
- Prior experience with safety portals like Veriforce, ISNetworld, or Avetta is a plus
- Any safety certifications such as OSHA 30 or First Aid/CPR are preferred

Job Requirements
Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written); able to lead safety training in Spanish (non-negotiable). 2+ years of experience in construction safety, field safety, or EHS coordination (roofing experience preferred).
