Sonographer, Vascular
Our growing client located in Corpus Christi, TX is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sonographer to join our clinical team. This full-time role is ideal for a skilled professional with a strong background in performing a variety of vascular ultrasound studies, including arterial, venous, carotid, renal, and dialysis access imaging. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This is a direct hire position.

Sonographer Role:
Perform high-quality vascular ultrasound examinations
Arterial and venous duplex studies (upper and lower extremities): Carotid duplex, Renal artery duplex, Dialysis access imaging, Other specialized vascular studies as needed
Accurately capture and document diagnostic images in accordance with physician protocols and standards of care
Maintain clear, complete, and accurate records and patient charts
Communicate preliminary findings to interpreting physicians in a timely and professional manner
Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and calibrated
Uphold patient safety, privacy, and comfort during all procedures
Support and collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth patient flow
Sonographer Background Profile:
Current certification as a Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) through ARDMS or Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS) through CCI
Minimum of 2 years of experience performing vascular ultrasound studies
Proficient in performing comprehensive vascular exams in an outpatient setting
Strong understanding of vascular anatomy, physiology, and pathology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in an outpatient vascular or interventional radiology setting
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) and PACS systems
