Our client in Denver, CO is seeking a Clinical Manager on a direct hire basis.

Clinical Manager Role:
In this role, you will oversee the clinical operations, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintain exceptional standards of patient care.
Provide guidance and oversight to an interdisciplinary team of nurses, therapists, and healthcare professionals.
Develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and protocols aligned with industry best practices.
Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the clinical team.
Oversee the development and execution of individualized care plans based on comprehensive patient assessments.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care that prioritizes patient safety, independence, and well-being.
Monitor patient progress, evaluate outcomes, and adjust care plans as needed to optimize results.
Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations governing home healthcare services, including Medicare and Medicaid requirements.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Stay informed on regulatory updates and industry standards, ensuring compliance across clinical operations.
Recruit, hire, and train clinical staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources for exceptional patient care.
Provide ongoing education and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical expertise.
Conduct performance evaluations and offer constructive feedback to support staff growth and development.
Work closely with the Executive Director and Business Development Manager to achieve organizational goals.
Facilitate communication and coordination among clinical team members, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
Participate in interdisciplinary meetings to review patient progress and address any concerns.
Clinical Manager Background Profile:
Bachelorâs degree required.
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting; leadership experience highly preferred.
Home healthcare experience required.
Strong knowledge of regulations, reimbursement mechanisms, and clinical best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage a diverse team and foster a positive work environment.
Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant healthcare software.
