Our client in the Fort Worth, TX is seeking an Executive Director on a direct hire basis.

Executive Director Role:
The Executive Director will oversee all aspects of agency operations, including strategic planning, financial management, business development, and regulatory compliance. This role requires strong leadership to drive growth while maintaining high standards of patient care and operational excellence.
Develop and execute strategic initiatives to achieve organizational goals.
Provide visionary leadership to foster growth, innovation, and quality patient care.
Cultivate a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement.
Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions as needed.
Direct daily operations to ensure the efficient and compliant delivery of hospice services.
Establish and enforce policies and procedures aligned with industry best practices.
Implement quality assurance programs to uphold the highest standards of patient care.
Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including healthcare providers, hospitals, and community organizations.
Identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to expand market presence and revenue.
Stay informed on industry trends, market shifts, and regulatory updates to guide business decisions.
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of clinical and administrative professionals.
Promote a culture of professional growth, development, and career advancement.
Foster an inclusive, positive work environment that enhances employee engagement.
Executive Director Background Profile:
Bachelors degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience within the hospice industry. Hospice experience is required.
Active Texas RN license is required.
In-depth knowledge of hospice regulations, reimbursement models, and healthcare delivery.
Proven success in driving organizational growth and achieving financial goals.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated ability to inspire and lead a diverse team toward common goals.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
