Intake Specialist
Our client located in Atlanta, Georgia needs an Intake Specialist. This is a month contract with the opportunity to be extended.Â

Intake Specialist Role:Â
Intake Specialist will manage client inquiries and initial interviews, ensuring accurate documentation and seamless communication.Â
Conducting initial client intake interviews to gather necessary information
Maintaining and organizing client files using document management systems
Collaborating with administrative and legal staff to support case preparation
Utilizing software for accurate billing, file management, and document review
Assisting with research, proofreading, and other administrative tasks
Performing clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry
Intake Specialist Background Profile:
Previous experience in a law office preferred
Proficiency with legal administrative procedures and terminology
Knowledge of document management systems; experience with specialized legal software is a plus
Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills
Understanding of paralegal responsibilities
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
