Role of Executive Assistant to the CEO
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will offer high-level, personalized executive support and act as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders. This position necessitates exceptional organizational abilities, discretion, and adeptness in managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the CEO
- Act as a liaison between the CEO, senior leadership, employees, clients, and vendors
- Manage intricate scheduling, priorities, and confidential communications
- Exercise sound judgment in dealing with sensitive and confidential matters
- Collaborate with Marketing to bolster the CEO's social media presence and conference content
- Assist in content creation, scheduling, and engagement on behalf of the CEO
- Handle direct messages and communications as assigned
- Provide support for video and multimedia planning, creation, and basic editing
- Coordinate content and logistics for speaking engagements
- Support initiatives aimed at enhancing thought leadership, visibility, and stimulating dialogue
Qualifications for Executive Assistant to the CEO:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience in supporting C-level executives
- Strong interest and background in internal and external communications
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High emotional intelligence and professionalism
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Mac software (Pages, Numbers, Keynote), Google Workspace, and ideally PC software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
