Job Description

Anodize Supervisor, 2nd Shift
Our client located in Dallas, Texas metro is looking for an Anodize Supervisor for the 2nd Shift. This is a direct hire opportunity. Relocation is available. 

Anodize Supervisor Role:
As the shift supervisor you will lead daily operations within the anodize department. Reporting to the Anodize Manager, you’ll be responsible for coordinating workflow, supporting your team, and ensuring that production targets are achieved while maintaining strict adherence to quality and safety standards.
Direct, schedule, and oversee employees in the anodize area for assigned shift operations.
Partner with other departments to align production flow with company-wide efficiency goals.
Support and enforce ISO guidelines, ensuring procedures meet compliance expectations.
Monitor operating costs, including labor and supplies, to keep within budget.
Provide training so employees perform tasks safely, consistently, and effectively.
Coach, motivate, and discipline team members in line with company policies.
Track attendance and resolve payroll-related discrepancies when needed.
Lead regular safety and production meetings with team members.
Enforce use of safety equipment and maintain awareness of potential hazards in the work area.
Confirm equipment is operating safely and processes are performed correctly.
Conduct annual performance reviews and recommend wage adjustments in line with budget.
Participate in interviewing and hiring to ensure proper staffing levels.
Report production or personnel issues to the Anodize Manager promptly.
Assist the manager with various production projects and initiatives.
Perform other duties as required to support the department.

Anodize Supervisor Background Profile:
Looking for current Supervisors, Leads, or Foreman with more than 3 years of experience
Solid understanding of anodize processes and chemicals, sufficient to guide and train staff.
Previous supervisory experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred.
Working knowledge of ISO quality systems and their application to metal finishing operations.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring safe and efficient work practices.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Must be willing to work up until 12 am.
