One of our clients, an innovative and fast-growing hospitality brand, is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team on a direct hire basis.

Business Development Manager Role:
Builds and grows the Hotel’s network by recruiting independent hotel partners across the United States.
Owns the full sales cycle from initial outreach through contract signature.
Prospects, nurtures, and manages a pipeline of hotel owners and operators in target markets.
Conducts discovery conversations and positions client’s value proposition to align with business needs.
Prepares proposals, negotiates contract terms, and consistently drives agreements to close.
Uses CRM tools for pipeline tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
Collaborates with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff from signed contract to onboarding.
Represents the company at industry events, conferences, and occasional in-person meetings.
Shares insights from the field to improve messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy.
Business Development Manager Background Profile:
3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience
Demonstrated success managing a full sales cycle and closing contracts
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Comfort with outbound prospecting and self-driven pipeline generation
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Experience using CRM/sales tools
Preferred (but not required):
Experience selling to small business owners or multi-location operators
Exposure to hospitality, hotel operations, or revenue/distribution strategy
Tech/SaaS or consultative/solution-based selling experience
Background in startup or high-growth environments
