Client Support Specialist Role:
As a Client Support Specialist, you will provide world-class client service and act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, orders, and warranty cases.
Delivering outstanding client support to U.S.-based clients
Managing client orders, inquiries, and warranty cases efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction levels
Mastering internal sales platforms and back-office tools to administer orders and process warranty cases
Communicating effectively with partners, internal teams, and clients to ensure smooth daily operations
Organizing and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and achieve operational goals
Proactively following up with internal teams, partners, and clients to ensure tasks are completed and objectives are achieved
This Client Support Specialist role will allow you to leverage your bilingual Spanish/English skills while working independently and as part of a collaborative team. You will become an essential part of client-facing operations, handling complex inquiries and providing actionable solutions
Client Support Specialist Background Profile:
Fully fluent Spanish speaker with professional English proficiency highly preferred
2+ years of client-facing experience, preferably in international or multicultural environments
B2B experience pref
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook or similar productivity tools
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently while maintaining a proactive approach
Associate degree or higher preferred
Interest in IT is a plus
Willingness to travel internationally when required
