Controller Role:
- Lead and oversee all accounting and financial operations
- Ensure timely and accurate financial statement production with valuable insights
- Develop controls, budgets, and forecast models to manage risk
- Provide strategic guidance to senior management
- Supervise the accounting team and manage audit processes
- Collaborate with external advisors
Controller Background Profile:
- CPA qualification required
- Degree in Accounting/Finance required, advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 7 years of progressive accounting experience
- Minimum 3 years of management experience in leading accounting/finance teams
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, audit processes, and internal controls
- Proficiency with Sage Intacct is advantageous
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
