Customer Service Representative Role:
- Process customer cases according to company policy
- Handle incoming calls and troubleshoot customer issues
- Respond to customer emails and chats
- Enter customer information and documentation for tracking
- Complete various assigned projects
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- HS Diploma Required
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Data entry experience
- Retail experience, especially in eCommerce, is a plus
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask and excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
